Sean Wilson
Sean is a registered psychologist who completed his postgraduate training in educational and developmental psychology. He has several years experience working within school and not-for-profit settings where he developed an interest in empowering neurodiverse individuals.
Sean has a warm, supportive, and compassionate approach that focuses on collaborating alongside clients towards their therapeutic goals. He provides a range of evidence based psychological interventions that are primarily underpinned by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Sean primarily works with adolescents and adults experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and study skills. He is passionate about drawing on people’s strengths to assist them to create change, achieve personal growth and insight, and to live a meaningful life guided by their personal values.
