Moz Goodarz
Moz is a registered psychologist who works with adults and older adolescents, having gained experience across community and private health settings.
He primarily practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – alongside elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) – to address a range of individual issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem.
Moz aims to promote a calm, compassionate, and curious space, delivering evidence-based treatments in service of personalised goals. Originating from a culturally and linguistically diverse background, he is interested in how culture and society interact to shape us as individuals, and believes that new skills are best formed in conjunction with a greater understanding of the self.
