Dr. Kathryn Baker

Dr. Kathryn Baker is an experienced clinical psychologist offering psychological therapy to adolescents and adults. Specialising in evidence-based treatments, she works with a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, grief, ADHD and life transitions. She is mindful of understanding an individual’s lived experience and creating a compassionate space where individuals can develop practical tools and insights to foster meaningful change.
Kath has an interest in trauma focused therapy and offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR therapy (EMDR). She values providing therapy for psychologists and those in helping professions.
Beyond her clinical work, Kath is a board-approved clinical supervisor, providing guidance and mentorship to provisional, registered and clinical psychologists. As the Director of OHP, she is committed to fostering professional growth within the field while continuing to deliver high-quality psychological care.
