Rachel Chan

Rachel is an experienced Psychologist from a multi-cultural background with 25 years of experience in clinical, community based and forensic settings in Australia and overseas. She has provided psychological services to individuals and groups with a range of psychological needs across the lifespan.

Rachel draws on evidence based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness. She is also a board approved Supervisor and possess a strong interest in providing supervision for professional development.

Rachel’s approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and always individualised. She has a strong commitment to helping people “walk the talk” and supporting her clients to meet their potential.

Rachel’s strong leadership skills have also contributed to her involvement and experience in project development, staff training and development, and management.
