    Good mental health is more than the absence of symptoms.  It is a positive state of wellbeing that includes wellness, satisfaction and contentment.

    • being interested and engaged in life

    At Open Horizons Psychology, we are mindful of working with individuals that promotes optimal mental health and wellbeing.  We work with individuals to recognise blocks to wellbeing, identify and use their own strengths and resources and support individuals to develop new skills.
